First, during the holiday period, a total of 259 emergency workers will be organized, including 72 from county offices and direct agencies, 65 from towns and villages, and 122 from major facilities, and a comprehensive situation room will be operated.
We plan to maintain an emergency work system in each field, including general management, disaster management, traffic safety, health and medical care, environment, and tourism facilities, to quickly respond to various incidents, accidents, and resident inconveniences.
In the disaster and safety field, we monitor disaster and safety situations 24 hours a day and maintain an emergency communication system with related organizations.
We will conduct safety inspections in the areas of construction, firefighting, electricity, and gas for multi-use facilities, and operate a forest fire situation room in the county office and five towns and villages to promote forest fire prevention to mourners and hikers.
An emergency medical treatment system will also be operated to minimize medical gaps during the holiday period.
Yanggu Sacred Heart Hospital maintains a 24-hour emergency treatment system and operates a designated holiday pharmacy.
Yanggu County Public Health Center will provide treatment from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the 27th.
To prevent livestock infectious diseases, disinfection and washing facilities will be operated at all times, and emergency work at the quarantine situation room and surveillance of livestock farms will also be conducted.
In preparation for outbreaks of highly pathogenic avian influenza, foot-and-mouth disease, and suspected lumpy skin disease in livestock, we plan to provide quarantine rules and reporting tips to farms and livestock-related facilities.
We are also working to stabilize prices during the holidays and revitalize the local economy.
A special price stabilization policy period and a traditional market usage week will be operated until the 27th, and the price trends and supply and demand status of 20 Chuseok products, including apples, pears, beef, and pork, will be intensively managed.
Inspections will also be conducted on unfair commercial practices and implementation of the price indication system.
During the holiday season, the work system for each tourist and cultural facility will be maintained to support the convenience of returning travelers and tourists visiting Yanggu.
In addition, we plan to provide consolation visits to social welfare facilities, veterans organizations, low-income families, and senior centers, and strengthen safety management for vulnerable groups such as seniors living alone, seniors in blind spots of care, and children concerned about meal gaps.

We plan to operate a household waste disposal situation team and a mobile cleaning team to quickly respond to waste-related complaints and illegal dumping, and to provide advance information on the collection schedule for each type of waste during the holiday season.
