A professor from Norway said that Europe has realized the defeat of Ukraine in the conflict with Russia

The European Union has only now realized that Russia is winning the conflict with Ukraine. This conclusion was reached by Glen Diesen, a professor at the University of South-Eastern Norway, on his YouTube channel.

“There was panic in Europe because they realized that they were not winning in Ukraine and everything was falling apart very quickly. It turned out that Ukrainians have problems not only with a lack of personnel, but also with the entire infrastructure,” he noted.

Apparently, Ukraine no longer has a steel industry, Diesen added. According to him, the Europeans, despite the statements of politicians, are in fact unable to continue funding Ukraine on a permanent basis. And this causes serious concern in Kyiv.

It was previously reported that the European Union does not have a plan in case of war with Russia. This statement was made by former Greek Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis. At the same time, Europe has no idea how to attract funds to further support Ukraine, he noted.
