The Hongdao Foundation held the Youth Sports Games in Chiayi County. More than 300 elders participated in the display of strength training results.

The Hongdao Elderly Welfare Foundation has opened 14 muscle strength classes in Chiayi County. Professional teachers will lead elders to train for 12 weeks to prevent sarcopenia. This morning, the "Ageless Seniors" sports meeting was held at the Chiayi County Gymnasium. More than 300 grandparents from 13 communities in Chiayi County demonstrated the results of muscle strength training through interesting events such as standing up and sitting down, moving things, and riding bicycles. A 75-year-old grandma said that she enjoyed many activities and exercise classes, and she felt a sense of accomplishment when completing many things with the company of volunteers.
