邱子玲表示，土庫的日本神轎多年前一直放置在土庫國小，前鎮長林庭訓找校長商量送給順天宮的陣頭，並有了神轎隊，在當時充分展現包容心，讓日本文化能在土庫街上，時隔20多年地方找回當年末代神轎隊員來在地年輕人抬神轎。

邱子玲指出，這次神轎隊是為了展演而集結，並非正式成立轎班，年齡層從20多歲到70多歲，其中有幾個是當年的神轎隊員，希望透過這次展演讓逐漸少人提起的土庫故事重新被看見，並有機會重組神轎隊，由於參與遶境一次須上百人，因此除了社區居民，未來將進一步到學校透過社團培養。

土庫鎮長陳特凱表示，看見土庫鎮民與年輕人一起投入，十分感動，地方故事需要有人記得，更需要有人願意接手、一起做，這次從資料整理到神轎展演，展現了不同世代為土庫努力的力量，期盼讓更多人認識土庫、關心地方文化的起點。

「土庫 神・社・山・河」特展展期至27日，歡迎返鄉居民與外地旅客趁著中秋連假走進土庫第一市場，從神轎與展覽認識這座小鎮的地方故事。
