Early voting in the elections to the State Duma and Legislative Assembly of the Kamchatka Territory took place in 39 courts

Early voting in the elections of deputies to the State Duma and Legislative Assembly of the Kamchatka Territory took place on 39 sea vessels assigned to the port of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.

1,729 sailors took part in early voting.

The main voting in the elections of deputies to the State Duma of the ninth convocation will take place from September 18 to 20.

Early voting in the elections of deputies to the State Duma and the Legislative Assembly of the Kamchatka Territory took place on 39 sea vessels assigned to the port of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, 1,729 sailors took part in it, RIA Novosti and the regional election commission reported.

“Out of 100 open polling stations, voting took place on 39 vessels. 1,729 voters on border ships, fishing and transport vessels assigned to the port of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky made their choice,” the regional election commission said.

According to the commission, voting in the courts took place in strict accordance with the law. The early campaign in remote areas of the region will end on September 17. In the same way, reindeer herders, military personnel, meteorologists, shift workers, nature reserve inspectors and representatives of some other professions make their choices.
