The Keelung Branch of the National Taxation Bureau said that if these two lucky people store the invoices in the Quanlian Welfare Card or member vehicle, the merchant APP will notify them of the winning information. If the member vehicle is bound to the mobile phone barcode carrier, the Ministry of Finance's electronic invoice integration service platform will also notify the winner by email.
