Men surnamed Lin and Lu were sentenced for illegal dumping of waste

The men surnamed Lin and Lu did not have legal waste removal licenses, but dumped a large amount of waste gypsum boards and waste plastics generated by the demolition project at will, ignoring the pollution of the environment and making dirty money. The police reportedly followed the lead and arrested Lin and Lu involved in the case. Male, although the two confessed to the crime, they failed to remove the illegally dumped waste. The Pingtung District Court sentenced Lin to 2 years and 8 months in prison and Lu to 2 years and 4 months in prison for the crime of illegally dumping waste. Lin Nan contracted a car factory demolition project last year, but he and Lu Nan transported a large amount of discarded gypsum boards, waste plastics and construction waste generated by the demolition operation to an open area in Fangliao Township for dumping, seriously damaging the environmental sanitation. After the police reported the report, they followed up with the environmental protection unit and tracked down Lin Nan and Lu Nan, who were illegally dumping waste.
