中新网成都9月4日电 (记者 刘忠俊)记者9月3日深夜从四川省地震局获悉，该省绵阳市北川县境内发生的4.8级地震在2008年汶川地震余震区内，属于一次正常起伏活动。

据中国地震台网正式测定，2026年9月3日19时39分，在四川绵阳市北川县(北纬31.91度，东经104.43度)发生4.8级地震，震源深度10公里。地震时，北川县城震感明显，绵阳、德阳、广元和成都等部分地方网友反映有震感。

地震发生后，四川省地震局立即开展应急处置，向中国地震局、四川省委、省政府汇报初步震情，与中国地震台网中心开展联合会商，先期指派成都地震监测中心站6人工作组赶赴震中、开展应急处置。四川省应急管理厅也立即调度了北川县应急管理局。
