Four accomplices, Zhou Huankai, Chen Junhan, Chen Yanan, and Pan Xinyi, have been arrested. This afternoon, one of the handlers, Pan Sui, was transferred to the Taipei District Prosecutor's Office for review. The prosecutors determined that Zhang Junjie then got into a car driven by Chen Junhan and moved south to Kaohsiung and other places. Chen then assisted in arranging accommodation. The two also wandered around Jia, Nan and Gao. It is not ruled out that they were scouting for a subsequent escape.
