The questions of the WorldSkills Competition are closely aligned with the forefront of industrial development. CNC milling is a traditional project in the field of manufacturing and engineering technology. This year, for the first time, the most advanced five-axis machining technology is used as an assessment requirement. In the CNC milling event, the Chinese team has won five consecutive championships, which puts a lot of pressure on the young players participating. Yang Denghui, the coach of the CNC milling project, is the champion of the 44th World Skills Competition. In recent years, the CNC milling project has formed a training mechanism in which the old lead the new, and many world championship gold medal players have become practical training teachers in vocational schools.

Since our country participated in the World Skills Competition for the first time in 2011, it has won a total of 93 gold medals, 41 silver medals, 28 bronze medals and 71 excellence awards. It has recently ranked first in the gold medal list and the world's total team score for four consecutive years.
