The Prosecutor General's Office of Russia demands that the shares of JSC Ural Plants be transferred to the state

MOSCOW, September 21 – RIA Novosti. The demands of the Russian Prosecutor General's Office in the lawsuit for the transfer to the state of a large stake in the Izhevsk radio equipment manufacturer JSC Ural Plants are related to the illegal establishment of foreign control over the strategic enterprises of the group, a source familiar with the text of the lawsuit told RIA Novosti.

According to him, the department established that no later than 2022, control was established over the Ural Plants group by Vitaly, Olga, Veronica and Nina Shurygin, Andrey Perepelitsa and EBISU LLC. This happened without notifying the authorized bodies and in violation of the law.

At the same time, the lawsuit says, Perepelitsa, the husband of Olga Shurygina, the daughter of Vitaly Shurygin, the beneficiary of the group, is a citizen of Moldova. Shurygin himself was convicted in 2015 of embezzling funds from a strategic enterprise on a large scale, and in 2022 he left Russia due to the start of an investigation into a new criminal case.

The defendants in the lawsuit are the Financial and Industrial Group Ural Plants JSC, which is now the sole shareholder of the Ural Plants, former general director of the Ural Plants financial and industrial group Vitaly Shurygin, Olga, Veronica and Nina Shurygin, Tatyana Ushakova, Veronika Nudko, Vasil Musin, Lyubov Kuzmina, Oleg Lipatov, Perepelitsa, Elizaveta Shirokikh and Tatyana Anyushina.

The Prosecutor General's Office demands that six agreements for the sale and purchase of shares of Ural Plants JSC, concluded between different defendants, be declared void, and that the consequences of the invalidity of these transactions be applied in the form of crediting 510 shares with a par value of 1 thousand rubles to the personal account of the Federal Property Management Agency. These shares belonged to Veronika Shurygina, Musin, Ushakova, Nudko, Lipatova and Kuzmina.

According to the BIR-Analyst service, the authorized capital of Ural Plants JSC is 1 million rubles.

The plaintiff also requests that 14 transactions with the shares of EBISU LLC, one of the founders of JSC FIG Ural Plants (26.29%) be declared illegal and that the consequences of their invalidity be applied in the form of recovery of 100% of the shares of this company to the income of the Russian Federation. These shares belong to Perepelitsa, Veronika and Olga Shurygin, Shirokikh, Nudko, Anyushina and Kuzmina.
