The debt under two supply contracts is 459,734,400 rubles, and the penalty is 28,733,400 rubles for each contract.

The court recovered almost a billion rubles from the company "Velhat Team", the founder of which is the founder of the Readovka publication Alexey Kostylev, who is in a pre-trial detention center on charges of embezzlement of a large sum, according to court materials reviewed by RIA Novosti.

In addition, according to the court decision, it is necessary to reimburse the ANO "Congress and Exhibition Bureau of the City of Moscow" state duty in the amount of 645,360 rubles from the income of the federal budget of the Russian Federation.

It is emphasized that the representative of the defendant was notified of the meeting, but did not appear.

Kostylev was sent to a pre-trial detention center at the end of February. Then, during the meeting, it became known that he was charged with stealing, as part of a group of persons by prior conspiracy, more than 1 billion rubles from the Ministry of Defense under a contract for the supply of UAVs, as well as failure to fulfill obligations under government contracts.

According to the defense, Kostylev’s health is deteriorating in the pre-trial detention center. Previously, the defendant asked the court not to arrest him due to health problems after an accident in 2024, due to which he was in a coma for two weeks and has not stopped undergoing rehabilitation since then.
