Kaohsiung Port Pier 7 reported a case of a man in black randomly beating a woman last night. The victim suffered bruises on his hands, feet and forehead, and his glasses and mobile phone were damaged. Although he was sent to the hospital for treatment, he was still in shock. The police have launched a comprehensive pursuit.

The Kaohsiung Port Police Corps stated that it received a report at 7:50 pm yesterday (28th) that a woman was beaten by a man at Kaohsiung Port Pier 7, and officers were immediately dispatched to the scene to deal with the incident. After investigation, Ms. Chen was walking by the pier and was beaten by a man for unknown reasons. The scene of the crime and surrounding surveillance images have been reviewed, a specific suspect has been identified, and all efforts are being made to investigate.

It is understood that Ms. Chen did not know the man in black and had no contact before the incident. She was suddenly attacked by the man in black. From the video posted online, it can be seen that the man in black kept pulling Chen's head and hands in a circle, and then pushed her to the ground and beat her.
