Я считаю, что эту тему можно и нужно поднимать", - заявил Вадефуль в интервью газете Bild.

Как отмечает издание, Вадефуль поддержал позицию, что украинских мужчин призывного возраста стоит вернуть на родину. Однако при этом министр подчеркнул, что возвращение должно происходить "без принуждения".

Ранее РИА Новости сообщало со ссылкой на последние данные европейского статистического агентства Евростат, что около 1,1 миллиона мужчин с Украины в возрасте от 18 до 64 лет, потенциально подпадающих под воинскую обязанность, находятся под временной защитой в странах Евросоюза, при этом больше всего украинских беженцев приняли Германия, Польша и Чехия.

Механизм временной защиты для покинувших Украину граждан действует с марта 2022 года до 4 марта 2028 года. Он предоставляет право на проживание, работу, медицинскую и социальную помощь, а также доступ детей к образованию без прохождения обычной процедуры предоставления убежища.
