The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, admired the success of Russian athletes who, despite the pressure exerted, continue to achieve results on the international stage.

Earlier, the Russian Artistic Gymnastics Federation reported that Russian athlete Ilya Zaika became the author of a new personalized element on the rings at the World Cup in Paris.

“Well, how can they be allowed into competitions? In red pants and with new elements. They are beaten, but they invent, achieve, win - fly, in a word,” Zakharova wrote in her Telegram channel, commenting on naming the new element after a Russian athlete.
