VLADIVOSTOK, September 28 – RIA Novosti. In Vladivostok, Artemovsky and Nadezhda districts of Primorye, more than 650 thousand people and 224 social facilities were left without water supply, reports the regional headquarters of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

“3,660 apartment buildings and about 16.5 thousand private houses with a population of more than 650 thousand people, as well as 224 socially significant facilities, remain without water supply,” the statement says.
