Anna Tsivileva: dialogue and interaction of all departments is a priority for strategic stability

State Secretary - Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Anna Tsivileva stated the priority of dialogue and interaction at the level of all departments to ensure strategic stability.

Tsivileva emphasized that Russia stands for peaceful coexistence and the search for compromises, proposing to form a fair world order.

She noted that strategic stability today goes beyond the previous framework of deterrence and arms control and requires joint efforts of all interested countries.

BEIJING, September 16 - RIA Novosti. Priority in ensuring strategic stability in the world should be given to dialogue and interaction at the level of all departments, including defense, said Secretary of State - Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Anna Tsivileva, speaking at the 13th Beijing Xiangshan Forum in China.

“Concluding my speech, I want to emphasize: Russia invariably stands for peaceful coexistence and the search for compromises. We propose to form a fair world order in which the interests of all states will be taken into account, and dialogue between countries will be built on the basis of mutual respect and equality,” Tsivileva said.

She noted that strategic stability today goes beyond the previous framework of deterrence and arms control.

“Priority in ensuring it should be given, first of all, to dialogue and interaction at the level of all departments, including defense. Joint efforts of all interested countries are necessary. Only together can we prevent the provocation of armed conflicts in any region (of the world - ed.),” Tsivileva added.
