MOSCOW, September 7 - RIA Novosti. A criminal case about a terrorist attack was opened after an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on civilian targets in Perm, official representative of the Russian Investigative Committee Svetlana Petrenko told RIA Novosti.

“The Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia has opened a criminal case for a terrorist act (Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) in connection with the attack of Ukrainian armed forces on the city of Perm,” she said.

Petrenko explained that on Monday the Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out drone strikes on civilian targets located in Perm. According to her, there are preliminary deaths and injuries as a result, their number is being clarified.
