VTsIOM: 73.6% of Russians trust Vladimir Putin

MOSCOW, September 25 - RIA Novosti. The majority of Russians (73.6%) trust Russian President Vladimir Putin, 68% of citizens approve of his work as head of state, follows from the results of a survey by the VTsIOM analytical center published on its website.

According to the survey, 73.6% of respondents said they trust Putin, while 21.6% expressed distrust of the head of state. In addition, 68% of Russian citizens approve of his activities as president, while 21% disapprove.

46.1% of respondents approve of the work of the Russian government, 24.1% disapprove. At the same time, 55.1% of respondents said they trust the head of the Russian Cabinet of Ministers, Mikhail Mishustin, and 23.4% said they do not trust him.
