Student injured with a knife at Fagrabäck School in Växjö - suspect under 15 years old

On Thursday morning, a student at Fagrabäck School in Växjö was taken to hospital after the student was injured by another student with a knife outside the school.

The student, a girl, is said to be slightly injured, according to the Kronoberg region.

The boy, who is now suspected of attempted murder, was found some distance outside the school and secured by the police. Later in the evening he was handed over to social services because he is under 15 years old.

According to the radio, a new prosecutor at the National Unit against International and Organized Crime in Malmö has just received the case.
