St. PETERSBURG, September 25 - RIA Novosti. Searchers are looking for 78-year-old Eduard Parviainen, who went missing in St. Petersburg on Wednesday, the North-West search and rescue team (SRT) reported.

According to materials on the page of the St. Petersburg branch of the Inkerin Liitto society of Ingrian Finns on the VKontakte social network, Eduard Parviainen is the grandson of the Petrograd worker Pyotr Genrikhovich Parviainen. In his family's house on the Karelian Isthmus, Vladimir Lenin hid from the Provisional Government in 1917.

“Parviainen Eduard Ferdinandovich, 78 years old... Since September 23... his whereabouts have been unknown,” says the announcement on the PSO page on the VKontakte social network.

It is specified that the missing man has a thin build, gray hair and blue eyes.
