From 2013 to 2025, Huang Dahui repeatedly violated the regulations by accepting banquets and travel arrangements in other provinces arranged by the person in charge of the private enterprise in the company's internal canteen, hotel, etc., and the relevant expenses were paid by the other party. Huang Dahui also had other serious violations of discipline and law. He was expelled from the party and had corresponding retirement benefits cancelled.
