Monitoring data from the Jiangsu Smart Cultural Tourism Platform shows that during the Mid-Autumn Festival (as of 16:00 on September 27): Xuzhou’s A-level tourist attractions, key rural tourism villages, night consumption areas, and cultural and museum venues received a total of 809,700 tourists, and tourists spent 811 million yuan.
According to Meituan platform data, the city ranks fourth in the province in terms of tourist reception.
According to the monitoring of the telecommunications platform, the proportion of foreign tourists in the city during the holidays was 70.99%, which was nearly 6 percentage points higher than last year’s Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday. Among them, tourists from outside the province accounted for 82.57% of tourists from other places. The top 10 provinces for tourists from outside the province are Shandong, Anhui, Henan, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Guangdong, Hunan, Beijing, Hebei and Hubei, among which the number of tourists from Guangdong is growing rapidly.
