A man from Nizhny Novgorod, ordered from New York, prepared a fake report on an administrative violation.

The forged protocol contained false information about the commission of actions by a citizen of the Russian Federation aimed at discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

The criminal investigation against the 29-year-old man has been completed and the case has been sent to court.

MOSCOW, September 30 - RIA Novosti. A man from Nizhny Novgorod, who, by order from New York, prepared a fake protocol to obtain refugee status in the United States, is awaiting trial, said Svetlana Petrenko, official representative of the Russian Investigative Committee.

According to the investigation, the accused received, through an intermediary, an offer to produce a fake administrative offense report for money. The defendant, using a computer program, made a false protocol form and personally entered into it false information about the commission of an unlawful act by a citizen of the Russian Federation - actions aimed at discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

Subsequently, the defendant sent a forged document by mail to the customer in New York (USA), so that he would later, with his help, receive the status of a political refugee.

According to Petrenko, the criminal investigation against the 29-year-old man has already been completed. He is accused of "production for the purpose of use and sale of counterfeit forms."

Petrenko said that during a search in the defendant’s home, more than 150 seals of various departments and sets of forged documents were discovered and confiscated.
