The disturbance "90W" located on the sea surface near Guam continues to develop, and will intensify into Typhoon "Dujuan" (provided by China) as soon as tomorrow (15th). According to observations from the Japan Meteorological Agency, disturbance "90W" has intensified into a tropical depression. At 9 a.m. this morning, it was located at 12.1 degrees north latitude and 154.8 degrees east longitude, that is, in the sea east of Guam, and slowly moved westward.
