Popova stated that about 98% of courts with the participation of Rospotrebnadzor are decided in favor of citizens

MOSCOW, September 15 - RIA Novosti. About 98% of litigation accompanied by Rospotrebnadzor is resolved in favor of the consumer, said the head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova.

“We conduct hotlines on various incidents that occur in order to quickly convey to people how to protect themselves, and help them with this. When we represent their interests in court, the effectiveness of such protection is quite high - 97.9%. Almost 98% of all litigation is resolved in favor of the consumer,” Popova said during a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
