He also said that young people use the central government's "Youth Dream Realization Program" to go out to learn relevant expertise, and cities should use money to invite them back to allow talents to return.
In an interview before the meeting, Shen Boyang said that the first priority of Beishike is to solve the power grid problem. The substation and surrounding supporting facilities must be in place. The second is the retention of talents. Beishike is very important. For example, when the Industrial Research Institute was designing, how to bring semiconductor talents back to Taiwan? This is why the party group proposed a plan of 2 billion over eight years, which is to ask people to take their dreams back after they go out to realize their dreams.
