Heilongjiang and Guangdong market regulatory authorities signed a regional coordinated development cooperation agreement during the 15th Five-Year Plan

China News Service, Harbin, September 29 (Reporter Liu Lu) On the 29th, the signing ceremony for regional coordinated development cooperation between the Heilongjiang Provincial Market Supervision Bureau and the Guangdong Provincial Market Supervision Bureau during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period was held in Harbin. The two parties have carried out in-depth cooperation on the first batch of 17 cooperation matters in law enforcement, registration, credit supervision, consumer rights protection, advertising, food safety and other aspects.

At the signing ceremony, the latest achievement of the cooperation between the two provinces - the Heilongjiang Digital Standards Museum was demonstrated on site. Since its launch in March this year, the Digital Standards Library has collected a total of 1.85 million domestic and foreign basic standard bibliographic data, more than 400,000 standard texts, and 16,000 domestic and foreign food safety standards and regulatory data, forming a standards resource and service system with "three databases, one platform, and one center" as the core. It can realize the full life cycle management of local standards, online translation of Russian standards and comparison of Chinese and Russian standards, and global comparison of food safety indicators. At present, the Digital Standards Library has received more than 300,000 visits and has more than 4,000 registered users. It has become the main channel for standard information services in the province, providing standard support for high-quality economic development.

The cooperation signing ceremony held this time marks that the market supervision cooperation between Longyue and Guangdong has entered a new stage of institutionalization and normalization. The market supervision departments of the two provinces will focus on exploring and forming a number of institutional results in the aspects of mutual recognition of market access, industrial regional cooperation, quality and technology basic interconnection, regulatory enforcement and safety co-governance, promoting the implementation of a number of cooperation projects and effectively contributing to the high-quality economic and social development of the two provinces.

After the signing ceremony, the Heilongjiang Provincial Bureau held a symposium with the Guangdong Provincial Inspection, Testing and Certification Research Institute Group Co., Ltd. to discuss promoting the development of the producer service industry and promoting the in-depth integration of advanced manufacturing and modern service industries. They formed a list of cooperation matters and established a normalized coordination mechanism.
