Zelensky: Russia will launch new offensive, Putin will "neither lose nor win"

Ukrainian President Zelensky said on the 22nd that Russia is planning to launch a new wave of large-scale offensive against Ukraine, and that the current Russia-Ukraine war situation is "neither losing nor winning" for Russian President Putin.

Zelensky also mentioned: "Intelligence shows that Russia is preparing to launch a new wave of large-scale offensive against Ukraine." In an exclusive interview with the Wall Street Journal in New York, Zelensky also pointed out that in fact Putin "neither lost nor won," but Putin did not yet feel the need to end the war through negotiations.
