"Предварительные слушания по делу назначены на 30 ноября", - говорится в постановлении окружного суда в штате Джорджия, с которым ознакомилось РИА Новости.

Планировалось, что заседание пройдет в понедельник, но Филимонов попросил время для ознакомления с материалами дела, следует из протокола.

"Подзащитный указывает, что суд недавно вынес постановление о защите части информации, и до сих пор не получены ожидающиеся объемными массивы информации обвинения. В связи с этим подзащитный попросил о переносе на 60 дней. Прокуратура не возражала", - говорится в судебных документах.

Минюст США сообщил ранее об экстрадиции из Грузии 36-летнего Филимонова. Четвертого сентября он предстал перед федеральным судом в Атланте. Россиянин не признал себя виновным по предъявленным статьям и остается под стражей Службы маршалов США. На предварительных слушаниях суд, помимо проверки собранных доказательств, может рассмотреть возможность сделки со следствием, если стороны придут к такой договоренности.
