Эксперт уточнил, что для парфюмерии, косметики, электроники и некоторых других позиций можно разумно приблизить порядок возврата к правилам, которые распространены на традиционную торговлю после того, как покупатель осмотрел товар и подтвердил его получение.

Если подобные издержки полностью перекладывать на продавца, в конечном счете он будет вынужден включить их в цену», — добавил глава ЦСР.
