AK Party Deputy Chairman Ala spoke at the "Türkiye Century Meetings" in Konya

In the "Turkey Century Meetings" program held at the AK Party Konya Provincial Directorate, Ala said that the world is experiencing significant uncertainty and that unarmed war is being waged in the commercial and economic fields in China, the USA, the European Union, Russia and other regions.

Emphasizing that President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan shouted to the whole world at the United Nations General Assembly and expressed the injustice and cruelty experienced in many regions from Gaza to Myanmar, from Darfur to Libya, Ala said, "Our President looked into the eyes of the world and shouted to 8 billion people at the United Nations General Assembly. He shouted to the world that the world is bigger than five and that a more just world is possible. Reminding that the Middle East has been turned into a bloodbath, Ala emphasized that it is Türkiye that expresses this oppression, stands against this oppression, takes initiatives there and contributes most effectively to the solution of the issue.

"THERE IS NO SOLUTION OTHER THAN POLITICS"

Pointing out that the issue of "Terrorism-Free Türkiye" was discussed with the understanding of the terrorism-free zone problem, Ala said:

"We also call it a terror-free zone, free from violence; not in Syria, not in Iraq, not in Türkiye. Because if it happens there, we know that it is inevitable that that fire will affect Türkiye. Even if it does not spread to Türkiye, the problems that are there are our problems. Because it affects our brothers there. That is why we are not just saying let's do it within our country and let's cross it. Let's solve the problems together with our brothers and sisters with whom we have a bond of love and belief on the borders of our country. We want them not to be negatively affected by this."

Reminding that the Law on Strengthening National Solidarity and Social Integration was passed by the Turkish Grand National Assembly with the approval of 467 deputies, Ala continued as follows:

"For the first time since we transitioned to a multi-party system, a law becomes law with such a high vote rate, with the approval of our MP. Our President also approved and published it. It came into force. This reveals the capacity of Türkiye's politics to solve the problem. This is a concrete indicator of how the AK Party's politics for 25 years has centered politics. In other words, no one looks at non-political organizations and mechanisms anymore. If there is a problem, the most fundamental problem is politics. This is how politics looks at it now. In the past, "In other words, the tutelage institutions opposed the project put forward by a policy, but the political parties affiliated with them opposed it, but now there is no other solution, there is no solution other than politics."

Ala explained that 4 committees were formed under the chairmanship of the Vice President regarding the disarmament process, and that a monitoring committee would be established in the Turkish Grand National Assembly.

Stating that the AK Party government has increased Türkiye from the middle income group to the upper income group, Ala stated that they will put forward new reform programs in order to maintain a permanent existence with the vision of the Turkey Century and to place Türkiye among the 10 most developed countries in the world.

Stating that they are working to develop democracy, economy and social structure in order to be among the 10 most developed countries in the world, Ala said:

"Of course, there are problems in the economy, but it is this staff that took the economy from 235 billion dollars to 1.6 trillion dollars today. It is this staff, this understanding, this management that put Turkey among the trillion-dollar countries in the world and brought Türkiye to the upper income group. Don't worry, Turkey will solve today's problems and continue on its way. No one promises a problem-free country to anyone. There are no problem-free countries in the world, but there are countries that can solve their problems. There are countries that exploit their problems, or there are countries that fall under them. Here we are, the AK Party and "Türkiye is a country that continues on its way by solving its problems. That's why we call it 'Türkiye Century'."

"IT IS THE DUTY OF ALL POLITICS TO BRING THE NATION TOGETHER WITH A CIVIL, OPPORTUNITIES CONSTITUTION"

AK Party Deputy Chairman Efkan Ala concluded his speech as follows:

"We say that we need a new civil constitution, which guarantees what we have done and will never go back, in order to put forward our policy that will bring together Türkiye's youth and Türkiye's brains with opportunities in terms of rights, freedoms, democracy, economy and what we will do, and we have been expressing this from the beginning. Now, we want to see the problem-solving capacity of this policy, which is formed in the Parliament, in the coming period, in a new civil, participatory, libertarian constitution. It will ensure the solidarity of the society, which will guarantee the rights and freedoms and enable the young people to meet the opportunities in front of them." "It is time to make a constitution that will make the nation stronger, that will guarantee it, that will ensure the strengthening of a functioning, transparent, open and accountable state structure. It is now the time to make a constitution that will make the will of the nation fully dominant in the state administration. It is the duty and responsibility of all politics to bring the nation together with the constitution of civil rights and opportunities. We have done our work for this and we will share these with other parties, our non-governmental organization and our society in the whole Parliament."
