In the meantime, he entered Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine and graduated with his doctorate of medicine on May 25, 2015...
In other words, there is information that is temporally conflicting, contradictory, and most likely false, such as two graduations, consultancy, and council membership between 2009 and 2015, when he went to the USA.
He was elected as a member of the AK Party Istanbul Provincial Board of Directors in 2009, and he was Erdoğan's advisor between 2010 and 2012. He also returned from America in these years and studied at Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine.
In medical schools, there is a very strict attendance requirement (70 percent) in lectures, laboratories and hospital internships. This training in Istanbul and active and intensive political consultancy at the prime ministerial level in Ankara at the same time is physically impossible.
