A breath of fresh air for Aydin city traffic! Dörtyol Junction and Tabakhane Bridge are opening

NEWS CENTER - Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu made a statement about Dörtyol (Efeler) Different Level Junction and Tabakhane Bridge, which were completed within the scope of Aydın City Crossing. Minister Uraloğlu noted that the work on the project, which will breathe new life into Aydın's urban traffic, was completed as of November 6. Uraloğlu said, "We have completed the section with a total length of 950 meters. We will present our project to the service of our citizens as of 22.00 this evening." he said.

Minister Uraloğlu stated that within the scope of the project, Dörtyol (Efeler) Different Level Intersection with a closed section length of 105 meters and the Tabakhane Bridge with a length of 45 meters were built. Uraloğlu said, “With this regulation, which will ease the traffic flow in urban transportation, we will provide our drivers with faster, safer and more comfortable transportation.” he said.

Emphasizing that the project will reduce the traffic density in Aydın city center, Minister Uraloğlu stated that the waiting times on the route will decrease significantly. Uraloğlu said, "With our project, we will reduce the waiting time on the route by 2 minutes. We will reduce the length of vehicle queues from 510 meters to 101 meters. Thus, we will accelerate the traffic flow in urban transportation." He made a statement.

Minister Uraloğlu also drew attention to the economic and environmental contributions of the project. Uraloğlu said, "With the Dörtyol (Efeler) Different Level Interchange and Tabakhane Bridge, we will save a total of 340 million liras annually in time and fuel. We will also reduce carbon emissions by 613 tons annually." he said.
