Xindian High School held a series of activities during Teacher Appreciation Week, students sang to wish Happy Teachers’ Day

New Taipei City Xindian High School welcomes the annual Teacher's Day and plans a series of "Teacher Appreciation Week" activities from the 22nd to the 29th. Parents, teachers, and students work together to express their gratitude. The activities are diverse and full of warm ideas, ranging from short video and audio broadcasts, club flash mob performances, radio song requests, cross-school delivery of gratitude postcards, to unique shoulder and neck stress relief massages, to pay the deepest respect to the hard-working teachers.

The school said that this year's "Teacher Respecting Week" has carefully planned five highlight activities, including a rotating video wall showing respect for teachers. Students in each class used their creativity to record a 20-second heartwarming short video to their teachers. After being strung together into a complete video, it will be rotated on the video wall across the school entrance during the "Teacher Respecting Week", so that teachers can feel full of heart as soon as they enter the school.

Students performed a warm pop-up performance in the office. Students from the class association and performance clubs went to the teachers' offices. The students opened handmade blessing scrolls made of recycled kraft paper on the spot, and surprised and moved the teachers through flower presentations and chorus performances.

Dachuan Club's "Song Request to express your gratitude" is hosted by Dachuan Club at noon. Songs requested by students in advance for teachers are played, and club members convey classmates' blessing messages on the spot. The sound of gratitude surrounds the campus. The first-year students of high school spread their gratitude across schools. The Academic Affairs Office provides exclusive postcards for the first-year students to receive and write down their thoughts and gratitude to the teachers of their alma mater. The Academic Affairs Office arranges for special personnel to deliver them to their alma mater, extending their gratitude to their alma mater.

The school also provides professional massage and stress relief services for the visually impaired. In line with the New Taipei City Teacher Respect Month policy of "New Taipei City Loves Teachers - Loving Teachers Relaxes, Stress Relieving Massage Fun", the school invited the New Taipei City Labor Bureau to arrange for three professional visually impaired masseurs to come to the school on the 29th to provide each teacher with 10 minutes of free shoulder and neck stress relief. Services, Principal Lai Laizhan said that Teachers’ Day is not only a day to express gratitude, but also hopes that through this series of warm and creative activities, we can enhance the emotional exchanges between teachers and students, so that every faculty member can spend an unforgettable and comfortable Teachers’ Day in a warm and joyful atmosphere.
