Since the launch of the "Fresh Milk Happiness Week" policy in New Taipei City, the cumulative amount of dairy products redeemed has exceeded 6 million bottles. The Education Bureau stated that in response to World School Dairy Day, a limited-time extra program will be launched from September 28 to October 4. Eligible infants aged 2 to junior high school students can redeem an additional bottle of milk in addition to the original bottle of milk per week, with a maximum of 2 bottles per week. Upon redemption, you can also draw a limited-edition milk doll. In the new school year, the digital barcode redemption function of the "New Taipei Campus Pass APP" has been expanded to provide dual-track physical cards and mobile phones, making redemption more convenient.

Chen Puiwen, Section Chief of Health Care and Environmental Education of the Education Bureau, pointed out that the "Fresh Milk Plus 1" campaign was launched in conjunction with World School Dairy Day, hoping that through a week of extra milk, children would be encouraged to consume dairy regularly and supplement their daily diet with calcium and protein needed for growth. In addition, in order to reduce the situation where students forget to bring their digital student ID cards and are unable to redeem them, starting from August 31st in the new school year, the redemption method will be further expanded to the "New Taipei Campus Pass APP". As long as students or parents open the Campus Pass APP and show the digital barcode, they can go to the designated channel to redeem dairy products. Both physical cards and APP barcodes can be used, providing parents and children with more diverse and flexible choices.

Chen Peiwen said that during the limited-time recharge event, after eligible children and students redeem a total of 2 bottles of the original dairy product and the recharged dairy product that week, the system will automatically be included in the lottery list and have a chance to win a limited number of 200 "fresh milk dolls". However, we still remind you that the extra milk products can only be redeemed from September 28th to October 4th. Overdue dairy products will be deemed to have been given up and the system will not reissue them. Parents and students are advised to grasp the event time.
