National Taitung Business School teacher Huang Junhao was born in a poor single-parent family. Although he had to work while studying to reduce the family burden, he passed the Changhua Normal University with perseverance and hard work. He firmly believes that education is the key to turning his life around. This growth experience made him more sympathetic to the situation of disadvantaged students. He carefully explored the potential of each child and provided support when they were vulnerable. He successfully transformed countless students with love and companionship. He won the "115 Ministry of Education Apricot Forum Fragrance Award" and was the only award-winning teacher in the Huadong region this year.

Huang Junhao has taught Dongshang for more than 20 years. In his early years, he served as a tutor in the further education department. He knows that students in night schools are often unable to complete their studies due to work, family and financial pressures. He continues to accompany and provide academic guidance at night and after school, and even continues to provide voluntary certification skills training after 10 o'clock at night, and often invests his tutoring fees. After he became a day school tutor, he arrived at school early every day and worked hard with the students throughout the process. For students with disadvantaged families, low academic achievements or lack of self-confidence, he never gave up. Huang Junhao leads by example. In addition to obtaining more than 100 professional certificates, he often participates in competitions with students to strive for good results. In terms of competition training, Mr. Huang has long used voluntary guidance for students during lunch breaks, after school, during holidays, and during winter and summer vacations.
