Мы не оглядываемся на Запад - мы смотрим вперед, строим наше будущее вместе со своей страной, возвращение к которой мы ждали долгие десятилетия. Теперь мы дома, и это навсегда", - сказал Балицкий.
Он отметил, что регион развивает международные торгово-экономические связи, ставя в приоритет привлечение инвестиций, культурный и образовательный обмен.
