The trend of manufacturing companies reversely exporting high value-added services accelerated. The sales revenue of manufacturing companies reversely exporting industrial design and technical research increased by 18.2% and 39.6% year-on-year respectively.
The deep integration of manufacturing and service industries is an important way to improve industrial capabilities and cultivate new productivity. This year, the Guangdong Provincial Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation issued the "Several Measures to Further Leverage the Role of Taxation to Support the Construction of a Modern Industrial System in Guangdong Province Version 2.0", proposing a number of measures closely related to the coordinated development of the manufacturing and service industries, and continuing to make efforts from two aspects: strengthening the compliance business ecology and optimizing the tax business environment.

Sales revenue grew by 40.4% and 44.2% year-on-year respectively. Sales and service revenue in the two industries increased by 18.2% and 12.7% year-on-year respectively.

Value-added tax invoice data shows that in the first half of 2026, the sales revenue of Guangdong Province’s core digital economy industries increased by 15.5% year-on-year, and the sales revenue of Guangdong Province’s high-tech industries increased by 15.1% year-on-year.
