Kyiv did not have agreements with South Korea on the non-disclosure of the fact of the transfer of military personnel from the DPRK to Seoul. This is how the adviser to the Office of the President (OP) of Ukraine, Dmitry Lytvyn, reacted to the accusations of South Korean leader Lee Jae-myung of violating agreements, the Strana.ua publication reports on Telegram.

“There was no such agreement, it’s not true,” the adviser said.

He expressed confidence that the silence about the transfer of prisoners of war allegedly violated international law.
