Biran Damla Yılmaz rejected the allegations of imprisonment and debt in Germany with judicial documents

Actor Biran Damla Yılmaz, one of the well-known faces of the screens, published an official statement regarding the allegations that he was sentenced to prison in Germany and had unpaid aesthetic debts.

The news, put forward by her ex-boyfriend Abdurrahman Aydın, that the amount of plastic surgery in Germany amounted to 285 thousand euros and that Yılmaz was sentenced to 6 months in prison for non-payment of the fee, was rejected by judicial documents.

Sharing the investigation report prepared by his legal team on his social media account, the famous actor presented to the public the results of the meeting held with the official authorities by his representative in Germany, Lawyer Onur Can Yağbasan. The following statements were included in the review report made by Yağbasan:

"Upon your request, I examined whether there was a criminal court decision in Germany stating that you were sentenced to a prison sentence. In this context, I contacted the relevant courts and the competent prosecutor's office and requested information. According to the result of my investigation so far and my current state of knowledge, there is no criminal court decision stating that you were sentenced to a prison sentence. During my interview with the court clerk, a corresponding file number could not be determined."
