Fraudsters, under the pretext of installing a barrier in the courtyard of a house, lure PTS data from Russians, and then place advertisements for the sale of cars they own and demand money in order to allegedly prevent the transaction, Yevgeny Masharov, a member of the RF OP Commission for Public Control and Work with Citizens' Appeals, told RIA Novosti.
