For those who want to start their own business, a special project “OWN business” has been launched with mentoring support.

The program is being implemented jointly with Opora Rossii, SME Corporation and Sber and has already covered 35 regions, more than 800 veterans and their relatives have completed training.

“For those who want to start their own business, a special project “OWN business” has been launched with mentoring support,” Poddubny said.

He noted that United Russia is implementing this program together with Opora Rossii, the SME Corporation and Sberbank. In 2025, it covered 35 regions, more than 800 veterans and their relatives were trained, and this number will continue to increase.

“The people’s program also includes a separate direction for the development of the agro-industrial complex for veterans - assistance to Heroes in creating their own farms,” added a representative of the “five” leaders of the United Russia election list.

United Russia held the second stage of its pre-election congress in Moscow on August 22, at which a new people's program was approved, which will become the party's work plan for the next five years.

Elections of deputies to the State Duma of the ninth convocation will take place in September. Voting will take place over three days - from September 18 to 20. Russian President Vladimir Putin called the upcoming elections to the State Duma the most important domestic political event in the country.
