An arrest and property measure decision was issued for Cengiz Avcı

Another arrest warrant was issued in the fund investigation carried out by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, Terrorism Financing and Laundering Crimes Investigation Bureau.

According to the information obtained, an arrest warrant has been issued for Cengiz Avcı, a businessman known for his high-volume transactions in the capital markets.

Within the scope of the same investigation, an injunction was also issued regarding Avcı's assets. Confiscation measures were implemented regarding bank accounts, movable and immovable property values ​​and other assets detected.

IT WAS DETERMINED TO PROVIDE 15 BILLION TL PROFIT

It was stated that in the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) records, there were many purchase and sale notifications regarding ODINE shares in the name of Avcı.

According to the information obtained, it was determined that Cengiz Avcı, who is claimed to have a close friendship with New Party Erzincan Deputy Mustafa Sarıgül, earned approximately 15 billion TL from ODINE shares alone in the last year.

IT WAS DETECTED THAT HE WAS GOING ABROAD

It was determined that approximately 12 billion TL of the earnings in question were converted into cash and removed from the capital market during the same period.

It has been determined that Avcı went abroad after the transactions in question and is still abroad.
