The Chairman and Deputy General Director of Hancorp were expelled from the Party due to serious violations

Mr. Dau Van Dien, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hanoi Construction Corporation, and Deputy General Director Nguyen Duc Toan were expelled from the Party.

The Central Inspection Committee decided to discipline Mr. Dien and Mr. Toan at its 12th session, September 7.

The Central Inspection Agency concluded that the two men had degraded in political ideology, morality, and lifestyle; violating Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned responsibilities and tasks and preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity; violating what party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example.

These violations caused very serious consequences, negatively affecting the reputation of the party organization, agency and unit where the two men worked, to the extent that disciplinary action was required.

At the end of June, Mr. Dau Van Dien was temporarily suspended from the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors by Hanoi Construction Corporation (Hancorp), but did not state the reason.

Mr. Dien is 58 years old and has a master's degree in Business Administration. He joined Hanoi Construction Corporation in 2014 and became Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hancorp in March 2021.

Hancorp is an enterprise under the Ministry of Construction established in 1982. In 2014, Hancorp converted to a joint stock company model with a charter capital of more than 1,410 billion VND. Two years later, Hancorp's HAN shares registered for trading on UPCoM.

Currently, this company operates in the fields of real estate, construction, investment, services and industrial production. Hancorp is also one of 10 members of the Vietur consortium participating in the 35,000 billion VND bidding package to construct and install passenger terminal equipment at Long Thanh international airport.

By 2025, Hancorp will have more than 4,000 officers and employees. Total assets by the end of 2024 will reach VND 6,430 billion. Average revenue in the period 2020-2024 reaches about 3,500 billion VND per year.
