Integration with Minha Casa, Minha Vida
The financial contribution is intended for the purchase of new properties or those under construction in accredited private residences. The program acts in a complementary way to Minha Casa, Minha Vida and allows state aid to be added to discounts from the Service Time Guarantee Fund (FGTS).
The State Department of Housing (Sehab) is responsible for managing registrations and validating information.
After meeting the requirements of the notice, the secretariat issues the Subsidy Grant Certificate (CCS), a document that formalizes the reservation of the amount for the purchase of the house.
According to the ministry, the focus of the program is to serve workers who have income, but find it difficult to collect the amount required as a down payment for the property.
"Morar Bem Amapá was designed to directly serve families who work, have income, but find the entry price of the property one of the main difficulties in obtaining their own home. The subsidy from the State Government comes precisely to reduce this barrier, facilitating access to housing and allowing Amapá citizens the opportunity to obtain a decent home, with infrastructure and security", explained the Assistant Secretary of Housing, Walter Oliveira.
Location of properties
The properties accredited by the program are located in the South and West zones of Macapá. The units have basic infrastructure and leisure areas.
