The competition for the Rio Branco City Council is open for registration and had a notice published this Friday (11) in the Official State Gazette (DOE). There are 13 immediate vacancies and 26 reserve vacancies.
The opportunities are for legislative agent and Brazilian Sign Language (Libras) interpreter translator, both at secondary level, as well as legislative analyst, higher education level. Salaries can reach R$6,300. (See more below)
🗓️ Interested parties have until 11:59 pm on October 13th to register, which costs R$85 for the secondary level and R$95 for the higher education level. The objective and discursive tests are scheduled for November 22nd and will initially only be administered in Rio Branco.
Approved employees will receive food assistance worth R$1,500 and health assistance worth R$500.

The competition's organizing committee is the Brazilian Institutional Development Institute (Idib). Registrations must be made on the institute's website.
The competition will also include a practical test for the position of Libra interpreter translator.

The notice provides for a total exemption from the fee for candidates who are unemployed or are blood or bone marrow donors and registered in the Single Registry (CadÚnico).
In addition, women who are breast milk donors, people with disabilities (PwD), victims of domestic violence and people suffering from fibromyalgia may also be exempt.

Still according to the schedule, the test locations will be announced on November 13th, while the final classification of the competition is scheduled to be published on March 9th, 2027. The competition will be valid for two years and can be extended once for the same period.
➡️ To take office, the successful candidate must have:
Brazilian nationality, or, if a foreigner, be in regular status in the country;
Be at least 18 years old;
Be in compliance with electoral justice and military service (for male candidates);
Have the education and training required to perform the chosen position;
Present all documents and certificates and have not made a false statement.
