The Government of Amapá published this Friday (11) the notice for the public competition for the State Department of Health (Sesa). The competition offers 4,210 vacancies for reserve registration in positions at medium, technical and higher levels. Registration must be done online.

Salaries vary depending on position and education. For general practitioners, specialists and subspecialists, the initial remuneration exceeds R$11,000. For other higher-level positions, the value is R$5,500. For mid-level and technical roles, the initial earnings are R$3,360.

The notice includes 38 positions at technical and higher levels for the entry of permanent employees into the state health network. The last public tender for the area in the state took place in 2012.

Registration deadline:

Registration takes place between September 14th, starting at 9am, and October 13th, until 4pm, on the AOCP Institute website. The deadline for paying the registration fee also ends on October 13th.

Candidates can request a fee exemption between September 14th, at 9am, and September 17th, at 4pm.

Tests and stages

1st phase: objective tests (elimination and classification) for all positions;

2nd phase: evaluation of titles (classifying only) for higher-level positions;

3rd phase: delivery of documents (elimination) for all candidates;

4th phase: health examinations (elimination) for all candidates.

Capacity

The nominated candidate must remain for at least three years in the municipality of the first assignment. Opportunities are distributed across three regions of the state:

Central Region: Macapá, Cutias, Itaubal, Ferreira Gomes, Porto Grande, Pedra Branca do Amapari and Serra do Navio;

Northern Region: Oiapoque, Calçoene, Amapá, Pracuúba and Tartarugalzinho;

Southwest Region: Santana, Mazagão, Laranjal do Jari and Vitória do Jari.

Salaries and allowances

Doctors (General Practitioner, Specialist and Subspecialist - Higher Level)

R$ 11,116.42 starting salary;

R$750.00 in food assistance.

Other positions (Higher Level)

R$5,520.64 starting salary;

R$750.00 in food assistance.

Intermediate and Technical Level

R$3,363.43 starting salary;

R$750.00 in food assistance.

Reservation of vacancies

The notice reserves 5% of reserve registration places for people with disabilities in regions that have five or more opportunities. The document does not specify quotas for black and brown people.
