The Hainan Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League adheres to the concept of giving priority to youth development, closely focuses on the urgent needs and worries of young people such as settlement, employment, entrepreneurship, and growth, and launches a series of pragmatic measures in the fields of ideological guidance, talent training, service guarantee, etc., to promote "the city is more friendly to youth, and youth are more promising in the city" from blueprint to vivid practice.
In terms of deepening exchanges and mutual learning, Hainan strives to build a free trade port youth lounge.
