Specific measures include further implementing the requirements for the construction of a unified national market, strictly implementing the "no ban or entry" principle for market access, establishing and improving a joint working mechanism for clearing and rectifying market access barriers, conducting regular inspections, clearing and rectifying industry barriers and hidden thresholds, and ensuring equal rights, equal opportunities, and equal rules for all market entities; unblocking access channels, standardizing transaction processes, and reducing institutional transaction costs; strictly implementing the fair competition review system, standardizing market operation order, and creating a fair, transparent, and predictable market access environment.
